• Complete 2 day Ashiatsu Bar course

• Complete and submit certification quiz (QUIZ LINK BELOW)

• Complete & submit 12 documented practice sessions for beginner Ashiatsu

  strokes.* (Click PDF Symbol to Download Practice Log PDF)

*Practice sessions do not have to be full body Ashiatsu Bar massages. Practice sessions

  can be whatever it is you practiced that session. Such as seated Ashiatsu, posterior or

  anterior Ashiatsu, or Ashiatsu leg work. Again, whatever it is you practiced that session.
